An initial consultation is scheduled for better understanding your needs. I'd like to know the:    

• Type of project.

• Target audience.

• Goal or specific message.

• Deadline.

These are just a few of the questions reviewed to make certain I can deliver the right document. Consultation may be by phone or in person, whatever works best for you. There is no charge for initial consultation.

TERMS

Rate quotes are based on the consultation. Quotes for most deliverables are at project rates; however, hourly or per word rates may be negotiated if preferred.

REVISIONS

Rates quoted include all meetings, research, and one round of revision. Additional revisions are billed at hourly rates. Rush jobs and add-on services to the initial project are also billed at hourly rates.

SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

The documents developed for you or sent to me may contain privileged information. SKS Medical Writing LLC takes steps to ensure full security and agrees not to disclose privileged information.
